Who we are

MyCruiseMonkey is a cruise planning and booking service operated by MyCruiseMonkey. We act as a travel agent, not as a cruise line. Cruises are provided by the cruise lines, under their own terms and conditions (the "cruise contract"), which you will be asked to accept when a booking is made.

Requests are not bookings

Submitting the cruise finder or a booking request does not reserve a cabin or create a contract. A booking exists only once the cruise line confirms it and you have approved the price and paid any required deposit. Until then, availability and prices can change.

Prices and information

Fares, taxes, fees, port expenses, gratuities and promotions are set by cruise lines and can change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Our guides describe ships, ports and destinations in good faith using sources we cite, but cruise lines change ships, venues, itineraries and policies. Always check the details confirmed in your booking documents.

Payments

We do not collect card payments on this website. Deposits and final payments are made to the cruise line through our host agency's booking systems, according to the cruise line's payment schedule. Missing a payment deadline can lead the cruise line to cancel the booking.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation, change and refund rules are set by each cruise line and fare type and will be shown to you before you book. Cruise lines may charge penalties that increase closer to sailing. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Travel documents and health

You are responsible for having valid travel documents (passport, visas or other entry documents) and meeting health requirements for every guest. Requirements can change; check official government sources before you travel.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for handling your requests with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of cruise lines, airlines, hotels or other suppliers, or for events outside our control. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the service fees, if any, you paid us directly.

Using this site

Please use the site lawfully. Don't submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape it at scale. Site content, design and images belong to MyCruiseMonkey. Cruise line names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify their products.
